Our Process in 5 steps

Our company has been built on communication. Following the initial call, we will schedule an in-home or virtual meeting to discuss the scope and how to achieve the best outcome. This initial consultation will allow us to formulate a proposal and schedule a second meeting to review and assess.

Once you have chosen Comfort Builders we will enter into an agreement, and our team schedules a walk through to measure, photograph and document the existing space. Soon after the walk through our design team will create a plan/design and our project coordinators will prepare selections sheets and assist in choosing products and designs.

After finalizing the design and construction details including your finishing choices, we will begin processing permits and ordering materials. A tentative start date will be provided, and our team will be making plans to begin your project!

As construction begins, we prepare the site and seal off work areas to ensure cleanliness. Throughout the project Comfort Builders will provide consistent high-level communication. We will be responsive to any questions, concerns or changes that you may have and address them swiftly. Our goal is for our customers to understand each step of the remodelling process, so that when work is completed you understand the steps taken to completion.

As the project is completed, we walk through with our clients to answer questions and address all final details. Concerns and punch list items will be addressed immediately.

Baha put our minds at ease from day 1 all the way through to the end (it was a big project that spanned several months). He was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, calm, and flexible, and was such a pleasure to work with. Not only did Baha do a fantastic job managing such a big, complex project, but he was also there doing work side by side with his crew. This speaks to his character and work ethic, and is honestly one of the most important things (to us) when doing business with anyone. Our project involved converting a sunroom into a 4-season room and creating a storage room underneath, then digging into the foundation to the side to create access to the lower level of our house, as well as putting in a patio. Everything turned out better than we imagined, and we are so happy with the results and workmanship. Baha was very responsive to all our emails, texts and phone calls prior to starting the job and was helpful with picking out fixtures and recommending where to look for fixtures, cabinets and other items. They started and finished when they said they would and kept the rest of the house clean while they worked and left it clean when the completed the remodel. They did a beautiful job. The tile work was so well done. Everything was done with precision. We love our new bath! We have recommended them to friends and are already having them come back for some outdoor painting and repair of our sliding glass doors. I highly recommend them.”
